As a courtesy to you, we are happy to bill your
insurance company for you.

We are providers for the following insurances: MetLife, Diversified, Delta Premier, United Concordia, Aetna, Dentemax.  We are in the process of signing up to become providers for other insurance companies.  Please contact our office for more information.
